The domain name www.indokrafts.com is registered in the name of Kum Aan Enterprises LLP which is a registered organization under the Companies act 2013. The registered office is located at “2 1BCHANDRAYOGISAMATHY STREET, Perambur Barracks, Chennai, Perambur Purasawalkam, Tamil Nadu, India, 600012”. The company is under the business of selling handcrafted objects, home décor, kitchen ware, fabrics, and sarees. We currently are leveraging the platform www.indokrafts.com for our sales and do not operate any retail stores at present.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing our products, you are bound by the “Terms and Conditions” (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”) and policies as mentioned here. These Terms and conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are vendors, customers, merchants and content contributors.

Cancelled Orders
‘Kum Aan Enterprises LLP’ reserves the rights to refuse, deny, cancel, modify or limit any of the placed orders at our sole discretion and such details will be provided to the user along with the reason for such modifications in a placed order. These reasons could include but not limited to non availability of stock, limited stock, limited quantity of stocks, product
damage due to natural or manmade disasters or any significant events that could result in us not being able to fulfill the order. In such circumstances ‘Kum Aan Enterprises LLP’ reserves the rights to cancel an order, provide a refund
and notify the user about the circumstance and reason against which the order is cancelled.
By making a purchase, you agree to be contacted by our team at any point in time through any medium of communication, in case we require additional details with regards to your purchase, billing or shipping information.
The user also reserves the rights to cancel a placed order before we ship the product which will be anywhere between four to eight hours from the time we received the payment. The user can either cancel the order in our website or by calling our support desk and providing us with the order number that needs to be cancelled. The user can also intimate us about the needto cancel an order by email. If the order the user wants to cancel is already shipped, we reserve the rights, discretion and judgement, to deny such a cancellation or to provide a partial refund for the order or to refuse to cancel the order in its entirety.
In case of returns that are intimated within 7 days of delivery, for any other reason other than damaged products, the shipping cost and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund, however in case the product is damaged or damaged while in transit, a full refund including the shipping cost will be refunded to our customers within 30 working days from the date of cancellation.
Orders cancelled by ‘Kum Aan Enterprises LLP’
In the case due to unavoidable circumstances if the order is cancelled by ‘Kum Aan Enterprises LLP’, the entire charges made to the user including any taxes, surcharges, service fee, delivery fee etc. will be refunded to the user and
will be available within 30 working days from the time the order was cancelled by us. The entire refund in the above mentioned circumstance is only applicable for the orders that we were unable to fulfill, and do not include any situation where the user has cancelled the purchase, situations where the credit card/debit card was expired, fraudulent or failed to process the payment, situations where the bank account of the user was not charged, or situations in which additional verification was required from the user or if there are any inaccuracies on the part of the user while filling out the details. ‘Kum Aan Enterprises LLP’ reserves the rights to deny, cancel, refuse or modify any order that is placed with us at any point in time with or without notification.
